How BT are innovating to bring the best connectivity to retail at EE and beyond…

BT are known for so much, let so little at the same time. They’re a huge player in connectivity for retail, but haven’t yet had the case study films that can back up their huge claims of innovation. This film tells the story of how BT support the infrastructure and connectivity for EE Experience Centres – the new and innovative flagship stores that are hitting the high-street that are designed to feel less like a shop, and more like a venue.

Our film featured key players from BT and EE retail that played a huge part in evolving the customer experience. The store designs feature zoned areas that welcome customers in, to try things out, to feel comfortable while shopping, gaming, chatting over a coffee and more.

Filmed over a single day, with an evening pre-light, this simple film exploited areas of the store to bring to life the various aspects of the connected experience. The film is used to inspire other high-street brands to consider BT as their next partner for connectivity – safe in the knowledge that they provide the best, most secure services in the industry.
